Singles Social Club Ice Cream Party & Movie Night Saturday, July 19, 7 pm @ FCF. Come enjoy all different kinds of ice cream & toppings and watch “National Treasure 2” on the 40’ x 30’ screen in the KidStuf Theater! Bring a lawnchair to sit in and $5 to cover the snacks. A great time for singles of all ages! ...and we might even play some Wii…Register online or in the lobby at Registration Central.
…..is to provide supplies that are needed by local partners: Hope Alive, The Frederick Rescue Mission; Alan P. Linton Shelter. To participate in this mission, pick up a list of supply needs at Registration Central in the lobby or on the Mission page of our website. Supplies can be dropped off at FCF on Sunday mornings from Sunday, July 13 to Sunday July 27 or at the church office during the week between 9am and 5pm. All items should be new. Only items on the needs list can be accepted.
FCF is going to the Fair this year! We have reserved a booth during the Great Frederick Fair so we can get the word out about the Best Kept Secret in Frederick! If you would be willing to help man this booth sometime during Fair Week (September 12 – 20), please write FAIR and your contact info on your communication card today! More info about times, location, entry, etc will be provided closer to the date.
There will be a special meeting on Wed, Aug 13 at 7:00pm for all current volunteers serving in Sprouts, Junction & Fusion. Childcare will be provided. Please sign up on your communication card – please include the # of children you will need childcare for.
If you home school your children and are interested in a group that will regularly meet for support, sharing of ideas/resources, and friendship, then plan to attend the first Home School Networking meeting on Wed, Aug 13, 9:30-11:30 at the church. Let us know if you plan to attend by writing HSN on your communication card. Childcare will be provided.
