If you attend FCF and are facing recovery from surgery, illness injury or childbirth, personal support and practical assistance is available to you.  Our team of Care Coordinators make contacts including in-home and hospital visits and resource assistance for those who are unable to perform routine tasks such as grocery shopping, housework, laundry, meal preparation, pet care, yard work or transportation to appointments.
